Maintaining a healthy life is one of the important purpose for all of us.

In this sense healthy weight is a key consideration for good health.

However, when many of us try to be carefull about what must eat, we go about it in the wrong way mostly.

Dr. Fevzi Özgönül who is making some scientific researchs in this issue, has some tricky advices for everyone.

  1. After breakfast, you shouldn’t eat any meal seven if small ones, until lunch.
  2. Drink fluids are free in a reasonable amount.
  3. Mostly you must prefer water instade of sugary dirnks, if you prefer tea or coffee, fell free to drink 1-2 without sugar.
  4. If you like mineral water, you must drink it at least 2 hours after.
  5. In lunch, you must eat meat with vegetables.
  6. If you are going to drink also soup, keep it for end of lunch so it will help for digestion.
  7. Don’t eat any bread or rice during lunch, just eat them quite rarerly.
  8. If you don’t fell full, you can eat yoğurt or some peanuts.
  9. Don’t eat any bread if you don’t full, you can eat a small meal after a couple hours.
  10. Never eat after meal again and again, it will reset your digestion process.
